Job Overview: Chief Legal Officer (CLO) 📝
The Chief Legal Officer (CLO) will be responsible for managing all legal, litigation, labor, corporate, and regulatory affairs of the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CLO will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks while providing expert legal counsel to the board and management.
Key Responsibilities 🔒
✔ Legal Management – Oversee all legal matters, including corporate, civil, service, and regulatory affairs.
✔ Litigation Supervision – Manage litigation cases and coordinate with legal teams to protect the company’s interests.
✔ Legal Advisory – Provide expert legal opinions on labor laws, energy regulations, banking matters, and contractual issues.
✔ Policy Development – Develop and refine legal policies, ensuring alignment with government regulations and corporate strategies.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with NEPRA, SECP, and other legal frameworks.
✔ Contract & Agreement Review – Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Education Requirements
✅ LLB Degree (Required)
