📋 Job Responsibilities

As a Blueberry Farmworker, your duties will include:

✅ Hand-picking blueberries 🍇
✅ Planting, weeding, pruning, and caring for blueberry plants 🌱
✅ Cleaning rows in planting areas 🧹
✅ Operating farm equipment and driving buses as needed 🚜
✅ Performing outdoor tasks in all weather conditions ☀️🌧️
✅ Engaging in prolonged walking, standing, bending, and reaching 🚶
✅ Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repeatedly 🏋️

🎯 Job Requirements

🔹 Experience: At least 1 month of verifiable experience in manual blueberry harvesting
🔹 Minimum Age: 18 years old
🔹 Drug & Alcohol Policy: Random testing (post-hire) at no cost to workers ❌🍺
